the Beer JENLAIN is a beer of type of care to high fermentation, not pasteurized.
Consisting of 3 different malts from barleys of the great plains French, as well as 3 varieties of hops from Alsace.
Its long persistence allows you to keep for a long time its taste and generous in the mouth.
It is eaten between 6 and 8°C. More malty and robust as a classic beer, it is the roasted malt which gives it its beautiful amber colour and a large part of its aromas : fragrances of a bouquet of autumn malty, aromas of flowers and caramel, cooked fruits (a hint of plum), and malt, slightly toasted. Its alcohol volume is 6.5°.
